With over 15 years of experience as a STOTT Certified Pilates and Barre Instructor, Melissa has dedicated her career to women's health and holistic wellbeing. She previously ran a highly successful women-only fitness studio in the Caribbean, building a devoted community that stood the test of time.
Most recently, she served as the head trainer at a clinical Reformer Pilates studio in Kingston, working alongside expert physiotherapists to support clients with specialised physical requirements. Recognising that true health requires more than just physical mechanics, Melissa holds Level 2 & 3 counselling certifications, allowing her to work deeply with clients on an emotional level.
As a mother of two, she understands the unique demands placed on the female body and mind. Melissa blends her elite physical expertise with empathetic problem-solving to help women push through lifestyle blockers, optimise their nutrition, and build strength in every season of life.
